Do you remember the sound of dial-up internet? It seems like yesterday that the internet took five minutes to load a page. In the past ten years it's become so fast and so vast. If the internet is a web, the world's been infested by spiders.

Have you noticed what gets caught in that web? Take City Hall for example. You would think that all the information you can find online for it would be politics and intellectual debate, but there's a whole subset whose interests are more along the lines of... primal instincts.
