At home, I study some English at school were I went with my friends Madoka, and Hitomi. Unfortunately (ha, thanks spell check!), I am not very well with English and I am also out of practice!
So this is the results. (ㄒoㄒ)
But I wont give up! I want too getting better so I'm looking for a persons who can tutor me! o((*^▽^*))o I don't have many money but if you want me too pay you, Ill see what I can do.
It was very hard to right all that in text, ha ha! But I think its not so bad for a 14 year old Japanese girl! (≧∇≦)/

Though Ive Never Yet Encountered Such A Phenomenon
Perhaps The Obstacle You Here Encounter Is With An Improperly Employed Verb
I Am Also Looked At The Dictionary Could Lack The Work By Which Means The Looking Is The Dictionarys To Do
But Dictionaries Dont Really Have Eyes So Thats Stupid
I Am Also Looking At The Dictionary Attributes The Verb To Yourself
And I Think Is What You Were Trying To Say
The Alterations In Tense And Suffix Made To Verbs Can Drastically Change Your Meaning If Misused

Sorry your English is to hard to understand even with using a dictionary so sorry! m(_ _)m
So high level English!

But Sorry I Guess
Let Us Examine The Word Look
Look Is A Verb Meaning That It Denotes An Action Taken
And There Are Usually Two Nouns Related To Any Verb
One That Is Doing And Another That Is Done To
You Are Looking At Is The Form It Takes When You Are The Subject Currently Taking That Action
You Are Looked At Is More Passive And Maybe Past Tense Also
It Says That You Were The Object Of Anothers Gaze
So To Change The Verb Can Confuse Which Noun Is The Subjecting The Object To Whatever Occurrence Is Being Described
