[Angelica is sitting in her office at Xavier's looking incredibly stressed out. Having her half students and staff all wonky-aged does that to a person.]

Right, so, uh, in light of some recent changes around the school, classes are cancelled until Monday... assuming whatever the heck happened last night is fixed by then.

Before you tune me out and start celebrating completely, could all teachers and students who recognize me please, please, please check in with me. I'd like to know just how far this damage has spread.

Really now, Angelica, it should be perfectly fine! I can still lead my classes without any kind of incident. The students were actually comparatively quiet compared to previous weeks, I think perhaps they relate to me better at this age.

[Or they were falling asleep...]

They're quiet because a lot of them are suddenly in their thirties. Look, it's just better if we take a few days to sort this out without worrying about school work.

Well, if we're going to suddenly introduce such a great opening in their schedules, it may be preferable to fill it with something substantial enough to compensate!

It's not exactly my job to tell another adult how to spend their afternoon.

Not for the adults, Angelica, but the children! Some of which, may I remind you, now include our number. But, as it would appear, the majority, if not totality, of our native students remain unaffected. We can't simply neglect them due to our unfortunate circumstances.

I'm thinking of renting a bounce house.

And I'm telling you it's a waste of your money. Try as we might, we can't provide an education to the students with four unaffected teachers. Until this mess is fixed, we're having an inservice day.

I'm sure Kurt would appreciate the bounce house.

Do whatever you want, Hank. I think it's a waste and that our time would better be spent on finding a solution to this problem. But whatever.

Well, I still control my funds, so it will be my waste to make! There's nothing we can really do about this anyway, if it's magic.

Like I said, do whatever you want. I'm not endorsing it, that's all.

I don't understand why you're so against the idea! We could use a little entertainment in such a disorienting time.

I've got a lot of things to worry about right now and no one to help me. Entertainment is the least of my concerns.

You're cancelling classes, what more could you have to worry about? Really, Angelica, you should try to loosen up, live a little, don't be such a grown up!

My six year old son is in the body of a thirty year old man. He's trying to take out loans on sports cars and jet skis. My husband is reduced to the size of an eight year old and has adopted the diet of one. He is literally bouncing off the walls. My house is a wreck and there are kids wandering through my school with no idea where they are or how they got here. I have every reason to be stressed out. Now please, if you're going to nag at me to loosen up, kindly do me a favor by putting it in writing and emailing it to me because I cannot deal with this right now, Hank.

O...kay. [Sounds like someone needs definitely needs to spend time in the bounce house!]

To offer a suggestion, what if Pietro was put in an environment where it was safe for him to bounce off the walls? If he needs to work off the excess energy, I could program a routine for him in the Danger Room.

I might take you up on that, actually. That is, if he's game.

Who could turn down a neverending, winding running track? I may even put an occasion gravity-defying loop to make sure he doesn't get bored.

[He pauses, a thought having occurred to him.] You know, I wonder if anyone would believe that I am a doctor, looking like this.

What do you mean fuzzy?

Well, I remember who I was yesterday and even for months before that, and I remember who I was when I looked like this, but the details in between are something of a blur.

How curious. I wonder how many others are experiencing similar side effects this time around.

The fact that some of us remember anything at all is curious enough that I'm not sure what to think of the parts we don't.

How aware is Pietro of the situation?
