We're already a danger in the eyes of Vulcanus, and they have the support of several governments. This move by the girl will embolden them against us and give them more material. That's not all. It'll also embolden people like her, but even more reckless, who'd want to cause violent upheaval of their own in other places. If we do nothing, it sets the precedent that we consider these things acceptable, both to those who hate imPorts and the other imPorts themselves.

You talk about violence and all, but the longer we let her reign, the more violence it will take to topple her. Right now she can't have been preparing this for more than a few months. Give her time to entrench herself, and a bloody war is the most likely result. She already has both supporters and opposition in this made-up country of hers.
