I think that sometimes it's good to have someone to talk to who is unbiased and will listen. Obviously, it can be a bit difficult if you're famous or if you have a secret identity. It's easy to be hesitant to tell anyone about your life and be frank with them, let alone someone who may appear as if they're judging you. Not all therapists and counselors are like that and sometimes you might meet one that's... less than considerate and that might be what shapes your opinion of all of them, whether you want it to or not.
