[ Razer shows up on the screen, frowning and with his arms are crossed. He's a lot calmer now than immediately after arriving, but it's pretty obvious that he's still angry. ]
So, this is Earth. Is the poor selection process regarding heroes a characteristic of the planet as a whole, or something unique to this city?
