For a group of people experiencing something both upsetting and highly personal, you certainly have a way of showing it. All of it. And to a general audience, no less.

The network has been rather informative today.

I thought the sharing of personal tragedies was the network's intended purpose.

And the apparent ease with which these things switch on. But that's old news.

Unfortunately, yes. It was not my actions that resulted in my release, but the end result is the same.

What else is it ever used for? Open-ended questions, "help I've been cross-dimensionally kidnapped," and "my best friend went home so don't look for him." Personal tragedies sums up most of that, if you consider open-ended questions a strong indication that whoever's asking is both terminally desperate for social interaction and incapable of getting it through other means. I know I do.
