I'm not blind, I'm just fully aware that, despite current confusion, Kon is going to sort himself out and remember how he has a girlfriend and is not, actually, attracted to guys, let alone me. We're friends - that's the end of it.

And I am fully capable of, and practised in, accepting and dealing with my own emotions without allowing them to fester, whether or not that means putting them aside for the sake of maintaining a reasonable status quo without ridiculous expectations.

And this is because you've been directly inside his head and experienced all of his emotions, in order to come to this conclusion? You shouldn't assume that you know everything about someone, no matter how close you are. I can peel apart a person's emotions, and even I know I won't know everything about them from that.

I would allow Conner to come up with his own decisions, before you make them for him.
