[The screen clicks on and the first thing to notice is a lanky man sitting directly in front of the camera. There is no way to tell where he is, but the sounds of cars and people are a constant hum in the background. Elbows rest on both knees and his knuckles are pressed against his mouth. Above and below his left eye are two scars, the top running above his eye and up into his hairline while the 'X' below his eye stands as a stark contrast to his skin.]

Took apart communicator. No answers. Primitive tech, but useful for now...

Teleportation? Transformation? As a human? Possibly work of the Reapers? Not enough humans to complete another Reaper? No, no, no... genetic material would weaken. Code would break down. Useless and results would be messy.

[He stops, closing his eyes. A deep breath and his shoulders visibly sag as the air leaves his body.]

Hero? Such role would be better suited to Commander Shepard.

It is not teleportation in the way I do things but from what I understand the porter teleports a person from their world and in some cases changes them.
