City, while I have no particular love for this planet, or this city, or, for that matter, Washington DC, at the same time I have no desire to see it destroyed.

I'm flying to DC now, and yes, I'm going to help stop this; I'm going to fight against the Major and his forces. War without purpose is senseless. Pointless. A waste of resources and effort.

While I don't particularly care what the rest of you do, I ask two things: don't get in my way, and if you're on the Major's side, for Primus' sake don't show yourselves. This is an experiment in public relations - I hope that by engaging in a little heroics against something that I find mildly detrimental to my other plans (the USAF is, after all, an excellent customer for StarWave and I'd be very put out if their main headquarters was detonated) I will make myself look better to these idiot heroes, and, in turn, the rest of the Decepticons.

Oh. About that bomb...

My main power is an electromagnetic pulse ray. I can thus disable the bomb's electronic components from an extremely remote distance; basically, if I have line of sight to the bomb, I can take that out. It doesn't last forever, but if I keep a sustained burst on it...

And I am also skilled with electronics, I could probably disable the bomb.

[OOC: Juston and Tim have dibs on bomb disabling I think? Also Supes? Either way, he's just... throwing that out there. I have no plans on being the bomb disabler.]
