I'd like to know why it brings in civilians, but I don't really expect an answer. I filled out your survey in hopes of being some use, at least.

Thank you. I'd like to know why, too. I'm afraid it's only the most fledgling step in attempting to discover a pattern, but perhaps others will find it interesting.
