Go hang outside the 7/11 for a few hours till something comes up. Or drive around with inappropriate music blaring out the windows at 1 in the morning. Then go to the beach, only shitheads and tourists go during the day.

Eventually you'll find something you can vandalize/take apart or a good make out spot.
