I have been going over records involved in the prisoner request for testing the rehabilitative progress of the Hallemeier ReSync, I believe that I have found an appropriate candidate.  Who do I need to speak with in order to request his transfer to our temporary custody?

I am the warden. But you have to have permission from the courts for me to release any prisoners to your custody. The police will likely be required to monitor the prisoner the entire time.

I don't believe they are.

That's part of why I chose him. I'm sure Castle serves some sort of purpose in the scheme of things. Why else would he be brought here?
