Alright then, what's the target?

The Wilshire Chemical Plant near Newark, New Jersey. The clients wish to express their displeasure with the plant in the strongest possible terms. Therefore, to make the message clear they request that the demolition be very thorough, with no doubt as to whether the destruction was simply an accident. The date of demolition is set for September 18th. It is to be a night-time operation.

Any personnel encountered within the plant are expendable.

There is one more condition. The clients wish this message to be very clear, yet also anonymous. There will be no claim of responsibility, and there must be no chain linking them back to this. The assignment is very secret, as I said.

My people can handle it. Everything will be done cleanly and precisely so there will be nothing to trace back to anyone. Now because of your clients anonymity and the nature of the mission I am going to have to request that half of the compensation up front the other half upon completion. That is not negotiable.

Do you anticipate no interference from superhuman crimefighters? The target is fairly close to the City. One of the reasons for approaching you is the assumption that an Import will know how to avoid Import attention.

I don't anticipate any interference. In an operation like this the best defense is control and distribution of information. Only the minimum of personnel needed will be briefed and their movements and communications monitored closely. There will be no leaks on our end.

Still, there are many Imports with powers difficult to account for so while I am not expecting any activity from them the team will have a plan in place just in case. I wish I could offer more reassurances than that, but it's an inherent risk of a mission this close to the City and your clients will simply have to accept that.

The risk is understood and accepted. The clients are under no illusions as to the difficulty of operations in this part of the world. However, acceptance of risk does not translate to acceptance of failure. Full compensation is contingent upon full success. You will be held to your assurances.

I never accept failure nor do the people I employee. We do not undertake contracts we cannot complete. Your clients will have their request carried out.
