[Draco comes on screen and he's remarkably paler than usual, wide eyed, looks like he's probably puked a little in his mouth. He's terrified, is what I'm saying. He says in a really small, quavering voice:]
Help. Uh...I don't know how to reach the pole-ice and--And--
Some-someone's dead.
[He's found Bellatrix dead, but he's wary enough not to say publicly just who...]

[ Hello. We've never met but I know of you. I think you probably know of me too.
She doesn't think he'd be reacting this way for just anyone but she's not sure either. Oh, Merlin. What if... ]
It's not Snape is it?

Oh. You're my cousin.
[Way to state the obvious. He swallows thickly and shakes his head at the last question.]

[ She's not going to hold it against him if he doesn't feel any bonds of family. Tonks doesn't herself, not really.
Tonks is glad it's not Snape. ]
Like I said, I'm with the police here. If someone you know's been murdered, you need to tell someone everything you know. It doesn't have to be me, I think I can find someone else.
[ She's trying to be patient but it's not the easiest thing in the world. However, Tonks doesn't believe that Draco would like to deal with her partner, James Potter. ]

[He sounds cagey about it, though. She would obviously know who Bellatrix was, too, and probably not give a damn, but she was the first police officer to contact him and he thought he ought to do things properly for once.]
It's...It's our aunt.

For a moment, Tonks is silent. She doesn't think anything of real value is lost. However, she does have a job to do. ]
Bellatrix, right. I'll need the address Draco... please.
[ She's not dumb enough to try to blindly apparate into Bellatrix's flat. There are likely precautions against intrusions like that, Tonks thinks. ]

It's-it's, oh . . . [he has to think for a moment, but eventually remembers it and gives it to her.]

[ As long as it takes her to call this in, make a few calls, and find the address. It'll be a few minutes. ]
