[ Tonks takes out a notebook, later she'll go back and jot down notes about their conversation. In the meantime, she's ready to take notes about Max Dillon's death now. If there anything noteworthy that is. ]

Well, I can't really tell you more than you already know, Tonks, except for background, I guess. He's a metahuman with electrical powers -- really, sometimes it's more like the electrical powers have him, 'cause he might as well be a living thunderbolt at this point. He's a million-volt generator and can absorb electromagnetic energy from around him. He uses it to make himself stronger and faster, shoot lightning -- obviously -- travel on power lines and lightning bolts, control electronics ... [More quietly, like he's bringing up painful memories.] He's learned to stimulate the bioelectric currents of the brain to, well, not control people precisely, he's no telepath, but definitely ... influence them.

Not the easiest guy to kill, in another words. He does have his vulnerabilities -- large bodies of water, namely. The killer had to have known how his powers work.

Does he have any enemies here?

[ Maybe of Bellatrix and Azula and this Max knew the same people and had the same circle of acquaintances, that could be a lead or some kind. ]

Besides me and the other heroes from our world? Well, he's kind of the abrasive type, I'm sure he's pissed a lot of people off on a casual basis ... but enough for murder? That, I don't know.
