Good afternoon, City. It’s been almost a year, hasn’t it? It’s certainly not unwelcome to be back –- I’ve missed numerous people, and if they’re still here, I’d appreciate it if they’d make their presence known.

[Diana's already settled inside her MAC apartment, having arrived earlier that day. She's gone through the communicator records right up to her arrival, but she's not going to be bringing any of that up. It's best to end her return post on a positive note.]

I should introduce myself, since I understand that most of you may not be familiar with me. There are many who know me as Wonder Woman, but please, call me Diana. I've made a lot of friendships here previously, and I do hope to make many more during my current stay.

[!!! Diana did not expect this. She breaks into a wide grin, peering at the communicator with bright eyes.]

Donna! How long have you been in the City?

Oh, you know, almost a year. I've missed you.

You can tell me all about it, then. [Diana just saw her before she was taken here, but she was prepared to go through an indefinite amount of time before seeing her sister again.] Are you busy? When can I see you?

As soon as possible! Where are you?

I'm in the MAC. [Insert room number here.] Should I expect you soon?

Fairly soon, yes. _{( Just wait for it, she'll be knocking on the door. )}

[Diana almost flies to the door, wrapping Donna in an embrace once she sees that it's her.] I'm so glad to see you.

_{( Donna will return that embrace immediately, so that when she speaks it's sort of into Diana's neck. )}

I'm so glad you're here.

[She hugs her sister even tighter before pulling back slightly, concern written all over her face.]

How have you been, these past few weeks?

_{( her smile falters a bit. )}

Better off than most. Which didn't make seeing what was going on easier, but...

[She brushes back Donna's hair from her face.] At least you're safe. And I can see you've been building a life here.

[She's been talking to Kanaya!]

I've been keeping busy. I don't know how much I'm building, but it's something.

I'd love to see what you've been doing, when you have the time.

You can come by whenever you'd like. I'm sure the staff would love to meet you. They're the ones who do most of the work, really--there's a lot of talent in this city.

There are indeed a lot of wonderful people here. [It's part of the reason why she isn't too bothered that she's been brought back.] The City reminds me of home, in a way.
