To be blunt? They're not that smart when it comes to gang-related crime. That, and the nature of the porter makes the infrastructure a little unstable for supporting any long term opts and that's what it would take to take me, or anybody else operating a large scale drug traffic, down. The natives who work with the ImPorts don't trust the latter as far as they can throw them and, really, I don't blame them.

And let's not get into the fact that I have yet to find an incorruptible law enforcement construct. Just because they're not on my payroll, doesn't mean they're not on someone's.
