It is the second Sunday of May.

I wonder how many of you can pay tribute to your mothers in this City? Many of you have probably been separated from your mothers. Even those whose mothers have gone cannot even visit their grave. How many mothers have been torn from their children?

You know, I do remember talking to you before concerning Leap Day. Is this some sort of hobby of yours, then?

Ah, that's right. March 1st. [ He remembers people by their birthdays. ] It is more than just a hobby. I am the Calendar Man.

Sure, but it's nothing weird. I don't have a theme.

I do what I do for my family, mostly. I figure that's pretty standard.

And what do you do when your family is not here?

Some of them were here, and now I've got their shop, their house, and the brood living in it. I'll do what I can with all that.

"The brood" are not your family?

Nope. They might be fair offended by the mere suggestion of camaraderie, at that. They're just some odd bunch that my brothers somehow acquired.

[ Pause. Something about this sounds familiar, and with the name "Weasley" (how common is the name Weasley, seriously) on the comm -- ] Would your brothers happen to be a pair of twins?

Yeah, that's them.

You a friend of theirs?

[ Suddenly his tone is much warmer, which is totally because of the familiarity and not because of weird creepy reasons. ]

I knew them, though I do not believe we had spoken since before April. They have been ported out?

They have, yeah.

How unfortunate. And you were left their house and its occupants?

Well, the kids weren't theirs to be left, but... More or less. I'm maintaining the house, and they're still there.

You know them, as well?

I do. They are quite fascinating youths. Full of potential.

I s'pose so. Fascinating's a good word for it.

Are they difficult for you to deal with?

Nah. I wouldn't say that.
