Day 12 - VOICE

It is the second Sunday of May.

I wonder how many of you can pay tribute to your mothers in this City? Many of you have probably been separated from your mothers. Even those whose mothers have gone cannot even visit their grave. How many mothers have been torn from their children?

Cards not given, flowers unreceived.

No, but that's not what I asked. It's nice to be happy, even if it's not vital to survival.

What's the point of living if you're miserable all the time?

There is a place in-between miserable and happy. A feeling of contentment, or perhaps a drive to complete something. Ambition.

I suppose. Though contentment usually goes hand in hand with happiness. Or at least comfort.

It is easier to reach a level of contentment than it is to reach true happiness.

I think happiness is attainable. Though it depends on what makes you happy, I suppose.
