[ it's early in the morning and there's little miss Death, sitting on the steps of some apartment building. she's looking up at the sky before she speaks, hand sliding around the edge of her sigil -- the ankh hanging from her neck.

after a moment: ]

Desire's no longer with us anymore. Sorry.

[ and she fiddles with the ankh for a moment before smiling this... strange, almost sad little smile and then hanging up. ]

I'll be okay. I just thought everyone should know since Desire has a few friends here.

Well, you do find those kinds of things funny, don't you?

It's a new sort of humor for me, but I can't say that I don't find it a little amusing! I don't think it's very much my type though.

I'll have to give you a few lessons. That and a bit of morbid humour, although I'd assume your good at that sort of thing.

I think morbid humor was made specifically for me. [ that was a joke. she giggles ] I wouldn't mind hearing what you'd teach though.

Oh, what's wrong with Disney? I love their movies! Especially Mary Poppins, even if it's pretty old nowadays!

voice;

I shouldn't really be surprised. Can't even remember if I've seen that one.

Oh, you need to watch it then! We can watch it together, James! I never pass up an opportunity for Mary Poppins and I love Dick Van Dyke's accent.

[ and she does a pretty good imitation of it: ]

Oh, if you don't mind! I know it's not everyone's thing though, but it's such a cute movie.
