Have you ever done something that you haven't since you were a kid, just for kicks, and found out it's just as awesome as it was when you were five? 'Cause I'm totally having one of those moments right now and I gotta say, if you haven't built a blanket fort in the past five years? You should definitely do it again.

[ there's a pause and she looks around. ]

Extra credit if you can get it to cover your entire living room. I wonder if we've got enough blankets for that...

[ the feed clicks off as gwen gets up, presumably in search of more pillows and blankets. ]

There's not really that many ways to tear down a blanket fort, though...

You're kidding right? There's stomping on it, smashing it with cushions, setting it on fire...

... That last one could either be really awesome or end really terribly.

It would be a controlled burn. We'd keep Johnny nearby just in case.

I don't know if Johnny would actually help in that case.

Yeah, she has brought more people in recently. It's kinda cool and kinda weird.

I saw that stuff about Mr. Fantastic. It's hard to believe-- not that I don't believe you guys or anything. He's kind of a big deal back home, you know?

Believe me, I know. He used to be a good guy and it's like. I know Ben and Sue 'cause of Johnny, right? They've been over to our house a few times. So to think that things got so fucked up...

How did it happen? Weren't there any warning signs?

I have no idea. I didn't want to ask Johnny and make things really awkward.

That makes sense. He must be really upset over this. How's he holding up? I didn't want to bug him at school, because, well... you know?

He's holding up okay, but he's a little freaked. I think we'll all be better when he lets his true colors show.
