In light of what's going on in Venezuela, I ask that if there is anyone over there of sound mind that can inform us back at the City on the current status of the Imports. We can listen to what's on the news... but that would be foolish, wouldn't it?

If we can't pull you out of this with what we are capable of doing here.... if they need secrets from you or someone else's.... I have several. This, however, is our last resort. I could be stating the obvious here, but we can't trust what Vulcanus is trying to do. I've seen too many underhanded, evil people in my time. Confession or otherwise, we are supposed to be people that share this planet with the rest of the world. What they are doing is interrogating our kind with a virus that's pushing them to extremes that wouldn't happen otherwise.

I'm also calling out to the leadership here in the City. We need to find a solution to this, bring our people out of there and give them the help they need.

We should hope for the best but expect the worst. I think it would be wise for us to prepare for something similar to strike us here. Or at the very least, we should be prepared to care for ourselves without the help of anybody else. Food, clean water, medical supplies, essentials should be stockpiled, just in case things go south from here.

Then again, I have to wonder whether or not the U.S. government will allow them back into the country, knowing that they've contracted this disease.

Who knows. Doesn't this place have some kind of law protecting our kind?

Not that laws can protect us from a biological attack.

I can't think of anything specific, but that isn't to say there isn't something on the books naming us as a protected group. That's definitely something to look into.
