Ah, that is an unfortunate thing. The freedom is one of the nicest things about being here, I think, though of course it does invite horrible actions from some.

Mm, that is true. There are some very terrible people here who don't take kindly to that idea, however. It's all very interesting, in its own way!

There are some quite nice people who don't take to that idea, too. It's a shame.

Friends having differing opinions is a part of how the world works, unfortunately. It's all in the compromise.

Restraint isn't exactly something that one ought to compromise over.

Not in oneself, no, but there's little sense in ending a friendship because of a lesser clash in ideals.
