A lot of friends have been exPorted from the City lately — but everyone else is missing the people they care about, too. The way it's happening, there's no sure way of knowing who will be here tomorrow, is there? There's always a chance that they'll come back to this place, or that we'll be the next to go home.

I guess what I'm trying to say is... does anyone want to play chess with me, or Scrabble? It can be anything, really. Since everything's so uncertain, I'd like to spend time with everyone.

This place makes it hard to keep promises.

I guess you wouldn't want to duel, would you?

Too bad. You're good at it, Signer brat. And you're not Izayoi.

She actually has a reason to dislike dueling.

And then, of course, she duels anyway. Interesting girl. You could learn a thing or two from her.

If you expect that to happen, you're going to have to find a way to change human nature, brat. Or maybe stop us horrible Dark Signers before we, what, destroy the Arcadia building?

No, wait, that's already happened for you. I guess you can't.

I'm talking about two different things. Maybe three.

And you know what? I hope she does.

Maybe, maybe not.

Yeah, I do. She told me about the place and the Movement, and I like the sound of both. I only want Yuusei to suffer; the rest of you aren't any of my business.

Besides, she's a nice girl...sometimes. More rational than you, anyway.
