You're not dead. If you died you got resurrected coming here, most likely, and whoever Sarah is, she's most probably still alive in your original dimension...

She died right next to me. In fact, I was in her arms when we both died... the ruins collapsed on top of us.

Seeing as you're here, and that we are all alive most likely I wouldn't... think about it too much.

I know it must be hard, but things do not work the same way her as they did anywhere else. Timelines get mixed and things that happened are changed. It is very hard to tell what happened to anyone in any of our original dimensions.
