Although, truth be told, it's kind of a lame battle cry. I mean, c'mon, "AVENGERS EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT TO PEACEABLY ASSEMBLE AS GRANTED IN THE BILL OF RIGHTS." There's no 'zazz to it, really, aside from the alliteration, and pretty much NO implication of butt-kickery, which is kinda necessary in a battle cry, don'tcha think?
