[The device flips to show the back of the driver's head, and then is turned back toward the man holding it.]

And rather infuriating.

[He blows smoke out of the car window.]

[He smiles grimly, taking a long drag and exhaling through his nose.]

Lacking the proper contacts, as all attempts to phone have failed, I guess I'll have to make due with this novel method. Meanwhile, the Smoke-Free Air Act (Title 17, Chapter 5 as of March 30, 2003), prohibits smoking in public transportation facilities, including taxicabs, for-hire vehicles (including black cars and limousines), commuter vans and paratransit vehicles licensed by the New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission. Passengers who smoke in such vehicles are in violation of the law and may be subject to a civil penalty of $100 for each violation.

Taxicab rider bill of rights entitles passengers to smoke and scent free air, buddy!
