That message that was supposed to be from Saitou. It wasn't. Cavil sent it. His damn encryptions were all over it, which is why I couldn't trace it for so long.

*he's sitting on his bed with his head back against the wall*

[Kiryu kind of just stares at him for a moment.

Then he's slamming the door closed and stalking away toward the front door. Well...at least he's not trying to take out his anger in the apartment.]

*he flinches at that, and after a second, gets up to follow. He's tired of people walking away from him*

That man should be SUFFERING right now. He should be learning what hell feels like and writing in pain, begging for it all to end!

The cops don't have a FUCKING CLUE WHAT TO DO WITH HIM. HOW COULD YOU LET THEM TAKE HIM?! He'll just be SITTING THERE.

*good thing his power has kicked in, because he's too rattled to actually concentrate on speaking Japanese otherwise*

What th...of course you can trust me! I stopped you because if I didn't, Stark would have, and he would have taken YOU in too! [Kiryu has to laugh again at that.]

So consumed with the idea of revenge that I would die for it. That I let myself be manipulated, used, and then tossed aside. I lost sight of what really mattered to me because of it.

[Kiryu's expression gradually shuts down while Alastair's talking...and then gradually starts looking more and more pissed off again. Finally, he looks about ready to storm out again.]

[Kiryu actually looks faintly startled for a moment. Just a moment, it's gone pretty quick. But at least it's there.]
