Previous mission failed as a result. Numerous targets left standing. Unsure of how to proceed. No known protocol for alternate universes.

Requesting information.

Completed mission. 3 (three) targets disposed of, and left [location of an abandoned warehouse]. Clean cuts, no evidence left at the scene, no witnesses. I.D. carried by 1 (one) of the targets.

Requesting assistance disposing of bodies. Size/number/location make it difficult to move them without being seen.

Requesting pick-up/transportation/clothing. No known rendezvous point.

Awaiting further orders.

For now he is, yes. He doesn't tend to stay there long though. That Porter that brought you here and gave you directions to fight crime? Sometimes it brings criminals to this place too. Don't know why considering it's counter-productive and all.

Trust me, I'd have killed the guy a million times over had I been able to get my hands on the slimy bastard.

The problem is, besides being a sneaky jerk, that people who are imPorts here don't stay dead. The machine resurrects them.

Only them. The civilians don't count. I still don't really know how it works technicality-wise, but I do know that if you die here the machine will take away a memory in exchange for bringing you back.

Nobody has studied it?

The only person I know that was doing any sorts of testing on the metahumans was a geneticist from my world who did a lot of studies on mutants. I know she was trying to figure out how the porter changed people and gave them powers, and other things like that, but I don't think she got as far as the resurrections.
