Hello city. I've been spending the last few days studying you, and observing. I was told to be a hero, but I know what that word means. It means mutants, and I am not one of those. I have other plans for the people, better ones. I suppose an introduction would be the professional route to go. My name is Cameron Hodge, and I excel in the field of public relations.

I believe this city has a large problem, but I am ready to fix it. I have the experience and knowledge to save people here, and I will. I know there are mutants in the city, hiding in gutters and behind masks. Despite the power they hold, I will protect the rights and freedoms of all humans---and finally put a stop to that nonsense. Humans will continue on without any threat to their lives. I will make sure of it.

I will be working on this immediately; I hate to waste any time.
