Let's kind of get organized.

So.

Took a run around the city. The police stations are empty and there are no cops anywhere.

My guess (and Blue Beetle's) is that we were brought here to actually replace that nonexistent police force. If anyone knows otherwise, say so.

Meanwhile, does anyone kind of agree with me and thinks we could maybe try to get organized? And by that I mean "if you want to organize stuff, do it because I have no aptitude for that."

So leading isn't the same as organizing -- which is definitely not a strong point.

If you've got like a bulleted list of hardcore "Must Do" items -- at least from your perspective -- I'm all ears.

What I have:

1. Meet outside of this forum. We have no idea what Stark's watching and every reason to be suspicious. On that note, talk to Wolverine, for obvious reasons.

2. Do more recon. Beetle and I have done some, talked to a couple civilians, but we need to do more so we can find out who's who around here and where all the metas went.

3. We need to pool our knowledge of Stark - and when I say 'we', I mean 'those of us who've known him' - so that we can make sure to have as complete a picture as possible. Right now, our knowledge is patchy at best - some of us have nothing, some of us have parts, some of us (like you) have a great deal. We need to all be on the same page.

4. Find out what parts of the City are secure. More recon.

5. Find out what crime looks like here. If we're supposed to be on a hero gig, then we might want to keep Stark happy until we figure out how to get out of here so he doesn't clap us in irons. Again - recon.

6. Lay out strengths and weaknesses, for use in recon and future projects. For example: who is a people person, who is not. Who is likely to cooperate, who is not. Who might blab to Stark, although I'd imagine that list will be quite short.

7. Assess our firepower.

Uh... hey. Not all of us are really, how do I say this. Built for superhero stuff. Not to complain but we're not all superfast or bulletproof.

Maybe we should split up into groups. Part of us can try and get a handle on the city while a few of us snoop around here. Figure out why exactly Iron Man teleported us here, and how.

Also I think there's more to these dogtags than simply being identification and keys cards. If I had some tools I could probably figure them out.

Problem with that is, most of us have never actually met face-to-face. We should probably organize some kind of get-together first before we do any "Let's-Split-Up,-Gang!" stuff.


If you can get a hold of something in the city to help you figure that out, that'd be great. Just another thing to add on.

There are absolutely NO cops at all? What about people who work within the police station who aren't officers? (Like psychologists, etc.)
You mean to tell me there's no one rape and domestic violence victims can call?

It disturbs me that the Man in the Iron Mask spent all this time building a fucking machine that would randomly rip us from our realities and, yet, he can't even be bothered to hire people to preform basic tasks at the police station yet.

How are superhumans supposed to give rape kits? Are we going to be responsible for handing out parking tickets, too?

Is it just the local police that's gone? Maybe we can contact some state and federal officers to keep things in check with the little thing while we try to get a grasp of the big picture.

We could also hold a drive for volunteers.
