It has been a while since I have done this, a fault on my part, but Decepticons report. Yes, all two of you. And do assure me you have not been taken down by the incredibly small animals currently plaguing the City.

We have become far too idle, which I take full responsibility for, I have allowed my emotions to control me too fully. Something of which I am attempting to work on, it is far more difficult than everyone makes it seem... Hnn.

Three is hardly a sufficient number for a force such as the Decepticons, so I want you to find new recruits. Any of whom would fit in with our cause - and Slipstream before you say anything, no Giselle is not going to be a Decepticon despite living with me. We need to get our numbers up, preferably before the Porter sees fit to remove any more of us... As I doubt she will be kind enough to bring in any more Cybertronians.

In addition to this, I am open to any suggestions for improving our little team. Or things you would like to see done, if there is any.

I do trust your judgement, so if you think he would be, you are free to ask him if he is willing to join. So long as he is trustworthy, and you are not being biased simply because the two of you are involved.
