I need something to stop the itch of poison ivy, and to find an elf that ought to be in hiding if he knows what's good for him.

[ She doesn't even have the heart to sound as MENACING AND HAUGHTY as she should. LIFE SUCKS TOO MUCH RIGHT NOW TO BE PISSY. ]

Well the point of practical jokes are to either embarrass, make uncomfortable, and mostly just piss them off and make you laugh. You know, the whole don't get mad get even scenario.

Don't want to make it too mean by making him want to get payback himself. Something that'll make him go "I deserve that".

...could make him accidentally dye his hair or make him wash in fish oil so cats won't leave him alone.

Can you get into his apartment? Maybe pay him a visit and "use the bathroom". I'll give you some stuff to mix in his shampoo. When he washes his hair it'll turn his hair green. Don't do it if a visit seems suspicious though. It might be, especially if he knows you're pissed.

I can sneak in for you. Anything for a friend.

Green. [ she actually looks a little amused at that thought. it doesn't help her itchy hands, but she's pretty sure he wouldn't like it. which is all that matters. ]

I have a meeting with him already, later this week. I can do it then. [ a pause ] ..."Shampoo"?

Yeah... it's gonna be a bottle inside the bath. It's supposed to clean your hair, fur, whathaveyou. Can't miss it, it actually says "shampoo" on it, most of the time. Knowing Zev and the tail he gets, I'm willing to bet he keeps himself clean.
