Uhm. Hello- yes. I think I may be a little out of the loop. I just arrived back, but this sounds fairly important.

Would you mind filling me in on what this is all about?

I also am out of the loop! That is, uh, the purpose of this video memo, to identify loops and, if possible, be more inside of them. Uh, but I will try to tell you what I know.

Um. So there are, possibly, two problematic groups, one of which is called Vulcanus, and they are, uhhh, I think an internal problem, where some local people tried to give local people powers, and, I guess, pass them off as imports. They kidnap people sometimes, and are pretty bad news, everyone agrees, because people tend to die in messy ways, because of them.

The, uh, the other group is really mysterious, and I don't really know a lot about it! It is a group called Skrulls, who are, apparently, aliens, and who have shapeshifting powers, and, uh, maybe replace people? To infiltrate? But I think I heard someone say that there was only one of them caught, and that it's hard to catch them, uh, and I don't think anyone's tried talking to them, or finding out what they want.

Although, I guess, if it was an invading fleet then they wouldn't really be interested in talking anyway. Uh, though our invading fleet usually did have some talking first, just to see if the planet was worth invading, when we had an invading fleet. Which we don't anymore, by the way, because my universe got destroyed, so, uh, please don't anyone start worrying about additional alien fleets.

[He shrugs - Skrulls might not do it like trolls once did, or might have already scouted the place out using shapeshifters.]

I don't believe that Mr. Stark's people were responsible for the mutilation of your friend, if that helps.

As far as I have been told, they are perfect mimics in every way and can be extremely manipulative.

It's unlikely, given who the Skrull was mimicking. It was a woman named Candy, who had previously been involved with ... sorry, I'm trying to remember since most of the network has been corrupted ... Vulcanus?

They had been involved in several extremely illegal and dangerous activities, and as far as I have been told Candy flipped on them.

Vulcanus was the problem first, and I think the running theory is that the Skrulls are either working with or for them in order to achieve their goals.
