If this is a city of heroes, I'm willing to bet it's also a city of danger. _{( He says that derisively. )} If you were going to rate this place based on how easy it was to get sick, injured--how would it compare to your home ti--that is, world? Are buildings getting knocked down, people getting crazy interdimensional diseases?

All the goddamn time. And when you're dealing with a crew that's making multiple stops and picking up cargo--personnel and otherwise--there's no telling what's going to evolve or mutate or kill every single person on the damn ship.

Are your crews predominately human? Perhaps the reason I have yet to come across a naturally occurring disease like you've mentioned is because no one species has a significantly large presence among the Corps. It would have to mutate every time it wished to jump from one individual to the next.
