Something like that. Lachesis and Clotho are named after two of the three Fates, so some people have been thinking for a while now that there might be an Atropos somewhere, as well.

That's what I thought, too - that it would be important to make sure people know about it. But if I just start spilling everything on the public Network, it could come back onto someone who doesn't deserve it.

So I thought, if I mentioned Atropos, it'd get the attention of the people who are interested, and then I could tell them directly.
