I'm missing someone.

He was here and now he's not. Or, I haven't seen him in about two weeks anyway. I think he said he goes by "Dusk" on here, but I really can't remember. Anyway, he's taller than me (isn't everyone?) and has long white hair. Yes, white hair. He'll probably yell at me if he sees this, but whatever. Least then I know he's okay, right?

[worried sounding, really quiet]
Riku... Don't get yourself into trouble again. Kairi's not here to help us out of it this time. [a tired sigh] Well, the best I can do right now is look for him, right?

Yeah. I'm really worried about him. It's not like it's the first time he's disappeared on me, but still. This place can get really scary.

As for history, I am only just beginning to read about it. I would not mind lending you the book I am borrowing if it would help you.

Can you look for him with telepathy? He's probably really grouchy sounding in his head too, if that helps any. Probably not.

I'm stopping by the library after school lets out today. Jomy said he'll help me study too, but if your book has anything on the French and Indian war that'd help me out a lot. That's what we're covering right now.

This place had a whole lot of wars, huh?

It would take a little more than that. If you were to allow me to see some of your memories of him, it would be easier to recognize him if he were here. Jomy would be able to help as well, if not better.

Any world inhabited by so many different nations and opinions is naturally drawn to conflict, whether that is the outcome or not. There are probably many more wars that were never properly documented.

I guess you're right. I don't think my world had many wars, but then, I could be wrong. We pretty much stayed on our island and didn't think much about anything else. Kairi was really the first person that made me think it was possible to leave. It's kinda strange, now that I think about it.

It does not seem that strange. If you were content where you were, why would you think about leaving? Kairi is the girl you spoke of before, yes?
