[cue the brief roar of a shower before the sound of the water being shut off.]

Keeping up a profile is hard work sometimes. Not in an everyday sense of style and appearance but with notable features, like your face. [the feed clicks on to Quentin drying his hair out with a towel. it's relatively normal, until you take a closer look at the pink stains in the towel and streaked across his white shirt.] Since the first impressions come from the face, we look for a couple of key traits. But, no matter the judgement, we use these keys to support our impressions and info of the person.

Say you take a guy in glasses with well kept hair who dresses sharply. What would you think of him? Now take the same guy, shave his hair and dye it, and give him faded and raggedy clothing. Would your opinion change? [he pauses briefly to remove the towel around his head, unveiling his newly dyed pink hair.] Come on, don't lie. We're all a little biased.

It's the very principle of being judged or having that distinct face that we strive for appearances.

Why would you strive for being frustrating?

So people can think about their stupidity.

Besides. Most people find me frustrating because I'm out of their league.

[She snorts and rolls her eyes.] Riiight.

Tell me. How many thoughts have you had since this conversation started?

[wisecracked]

Plenty. You've succeeded in making me think. And accomplishment you should feel very proud of.

Well. While you were thinking those thoughts, I've had about one hundred thousand bright thoughts.

[wisecracked]

Goooood for you. But see the whole even saying that you're out of my league thing means you might have assumed I ever entertained the idea of perusing you.

In which case, you're not my type.

[futureleader]

...whoa! I didn't mean it like that.

[wisecracked]

Oh then how did you mean it? Because it certainly sounded to me like you're full of yourself.

I meant on the intellect level.

[wisecracked]

And you felt the need to point it out why?

[futureleader]

Because you asked for clarification?

[wisecracked]

[She rubs her face and scowls at the camera.] No I mean the whole pointing out your not in my league to begin with.

Actually. No, forget it. Apparently my feeble little brain can't handle your awesome.

[futureleader]

Look at you! You can learn something after all!

[wisecracked]

[She rolls her eyes as she falls over sideways on the couch. Once settled she reaches out and shuts her feed off.
