I mean, don't get me wrong, it's definitely good to not eat other people, I would just think that it wouldn't be the best idea to bring people that might eat the other citizens. It wouldn't really be cannibalism though, right? Because if you brought someone from another planet that wasn't a human, but ate humans, then....

Yeah, it did. The Phoenix Force was in five of the X-Men, I think? But finally Hope and the Scarlet Witch worked together and wished it away.

[ A pause. ]

Wait a minute, what the hell do you mean, they wished it away? It could’ve saved us, wasn’t that the whole idea?

[ That’s what he’d talked to Rachel about. And everyone had acted like Hope was some kind of Mutant Messiah.

And yes, he’s saying us, because so far as he remembers Billy is also a mutant. Despite being linked to the Avengers. ]

I don't think Hope was able control it, and then Iron Man tried to get rid of the Phoenix but that's how it got into the others. But it made them...different, from what I heard, like they weren't in control.

But before they wished it away, they made it so there would be new mutants again.

I should’ve known this shit would end with Cyclops getting an all-powerful cosmic being inside him. I’m surprised there was any fucking room for it beside his ego, but whatever. [ Seriously, that asshole? Someone pass the bucket.
