"Don't eat other citizens," - someone really thinks it's necessary to give that direction? I mean, don't get me wrong, it's definitely good to not eat other people, I would just think that it wouldn't be the best idea to bring people that might eat the other citizens. It wouldn't really be cannibalism though, right? Because if you brought someone from another planet that wasn't a human, but ate humans, then....

I was an accident! I...kind of threw an arm at her once. Well, I hadn't thrown it at her exactly, but I threw it and she happened to be where it landed.

I was in the middle of unfortunate breakup mostly caused by how very not okay I was at the time, [ because she's totally fine now! don't worry about it! ] and she had the poor luck of being roomed with the two of us during an international trip.

Oh, I care about a lot of things. I'm kind of a nerd when it comes to liking things.

[ like silk. she is a champion deflector. especially against someone who doesn't mind talking about themselves as much. ]

Oh? Why don't you give me a few examples, then?

Hmm, well, when I was younger I used to follow everything about superheroes - I mean, I still kind of do, but it's a little different - but I was a huge fanboy about that kind of thing. And norse mythology, I'm really into norse mythology. But now it's also a lot of tv shows and stuff.

I never encountered superheroes before my arrival here, but I suppose they must have a rich mythology behind them. Remind me, which one was it exactly that the Norse were?

Oh those are two different things - well, Thor is both a super hero and from Norse Mythology, but. Yeah so in the Scandinavian region of Earth there are these people who believed in all these different gods - but as it turns out a lot of them are kind of real, just the stories weren't entirely right.

I think that has a tendency to happen with most mythologies. [ her own culture has death gods and rainbow drinkers that went through that, and hey, he's talking to one of those. ] Scandinavia's the one just above Europe, isn't it?
