Hey, guys, did you know there's no one keeping an eye on the jail cells? I just dropped off a bunch of perps, and the place was completely empty! So me and the boys had some sandwiches and a talk, and I let 'em go.

Hope they behave like they said they would.

Oh, God... Wal - I mean, Flash. Uh, you did happen to notice that there were still freed prisoners roaming the halls, didn't you? (I mean they're all senior citizens and octogenarians, but still.)

I guess since the correctional facility is an island it will have taken the criminals some time to row back to shore.

We could still catch them... Hopefully.

Herm. Against my better judgment, I'm going to say "yes". If you can find the prisoners, bring them back and I'll watch over them for now. It's probably for the best anyway as someone has to be there to make sure they get fed and I can get the food into their cells without having to open any doors.

It's probably a good thing you jumped the gun on this one, Flash, so don't fret too much about it. The rest of us were so worried about how the prison would work, we didn't do any actual crime fighting. Now that I'll be there, everyone can just fly their prisoners to OZZ and not have to worry about it.

Ok... before my freak-out I was working on a plan to make the prisons more or less self-operational (I need to talk to Zatanna about that.) I need to get back to work on that. Though this fast guy might be onto something. If we can just keep the non-violent offenders under house arrest/probation we could spend more time focusing on the really bad guys, and finding out what happened to the real police.
