How do you so easily resign yourselves to the inevitable?

You simply accept that you cannot control your stay here; that there will be threats to your lives and livelihood, that you are at the whims of another...and that, ultimately, you have no control. Even when dying, there is an air of defeat about you.

Is this a Human trait?

I see absolutely no reason why humans should be under scrutiny when you have done nothing to prove you merit a place from which to critique them.

But grandiose schemes of salvation have nothing to do with the kind of passivity you're complaining about. You talk about not having control over anything, which it seems like you're just as much constrained by here in this world.

You have no way of knowing what humans did or didn't do in the worlds they are from but by the frame of your original question, that shouldn't matter anyway.

I don't think your definition of stagnating really applies to this world nor the Earths of other humans, Progress is made regardless of how futile it might seem to you. I will grant you that the situation here is of itself different but you seem just as subjected to it as anyone else.

It's amusing to me that you think you're the only one with that sentiment.

And have done nothing to prove your own capacity to care, other than this post. But I'm not sure that gets you anything more than the annoyance of other network users.

For the same reason, I imagine, as your own stagnancy.

That's your excuse? After your whole explanation of how you saved your world?

This post was made in arrogance and lack of understanding.

When you frame it in terms of humans' collective inability to change their fate, accuse them of having an air of defeat and resigning themselves to the inevitable, what do you think that sounds like?

Which doesn't really help the overall idea at hand.

Whether or not the answer to the challenge of a person who has in no way created any kind of solid evidence that they merit the ability to judge is hardly that.
