So this is what comes of my ambition? A veritible inprisonment within this grotesque parody of some childhood fantasy? How irritatingly droll. Such a thing could certainly benefit from the heavy hand of someone capable of righting this world of its wrongs. Of placing those who have been opressed by this system upon a higher pedestal of existence that is truly benefiting of them. Yessss, that must be what my ambition has lead to. What work I have done in one world must be completed in another!

So I ask of all of you now. All ye who are crushed beneath the heavy hand of those who claim to serve in the name of "right" and "justice". Will you stand with me? Will you rise above your rank and grasp the golden ring of victory? If so then follow me.

You can call me "The Tyrant".

You think I ain't seen your work before, Jackie. I know what you're doin'.

You'd better be runnin' real hard right now, boy.

It's been quite the morning, so far - as I've been finding out more about this town. It's not at all even close to Hyrule Castle Town.

Hope everyone is safe back in Ordon, and the goats are minding. Although that may be home and that they are currently in Kakariko, I know that there is help needed here.

Thare is so much going on all at once here. With aiding an elderly woman, she spoke as if no one had listened to her for a long time. She told me that chivarly wasn't dead when she had seen me. I'm not sure I understood it, but it was good to listen to what I could about her.

She gave me a token of thanks - but it's not a rupee. It's more like something you can write on - I'll keep it none the less.

Being summoned by Hyrulian Knights was interesting, but I don't think the man who brought me here was of that calibur.

Oh - does anyone need this light fixture that reads 1052?

*sound of a garage can be heard in the background, his voice is full of regret and pain.*

I am so very sorry I was unable to come and help with Carnage. By the time I got out of the business I was dealing with, it had already been wrapped up.

Is everyone alright?

Captain Britain, Wolverine, Spider-Man (the older one), any of the kids.... someone tell me that you are all alright...

*the noises of the garage get drowned out as a loud click is hear, like someone shutting a sound proof door.*

On a happier different note, I think I've gotten a job at one of the mechanic workshops. The owner has all a half build motorcycle, he says I can have it, as long as I finish it on my own time. So I should have a brand new bike within the next month. The owner also said that my strength will come in handy. He didn't even bat an eye when I lifted up one of cars. So some of the people of this city don't hate us.

*his voice drops low, as if just thinking to himself*

I'm still very much shieldless and homeless. I should locate a weapons shop that could locate a shield, but it wouldn't be the same.

*The sounds of the garage come back in full as the door swings open, a loud voice is heard: "Gardner, what are ya doing? We need ya man!"*

Someone contact me soon... please.

Greetings and salutations, peculiar denizens of this strange synthetic device! It seems you have had a busy time of it, lately, but I wonder if that has caused you to lose sight of what I presume is your ultimate purpose. Not that it matters to me, of course-- I find the tea in this place quite delightful!

But ye who have come here from far-flung dimensions: I imagine that your soul cries out for its proper home. I can hear it, sometimes. My impression is that you are seeking a way homeward through that armored cretin's device. There are other ways.

*Her voice is steady, but seems to grow slightly higher and squeakier as she talks making it hard to understand.*

The last thing I remember was getting the call to go and help out in the city. SKRULLS! We were being invaded by Skrulls! There was talk about them being in the higher ranks of the Initiative. My team was being told to head to New York, but the Skrulls were everywhere. The others! oh no... Katie, Teddy, Billy... Jonas... I have to get back… they might need my help...

Hmm. This world... it's nothing like my own. There is so much metal, and pollution, and... nudity. What kind of civilized society would damn itself to such a petty existence?

Forget what the True Wind Rune showed me. This is far worse than any of the nightmarish prophecies it has revealed. The only thing worse than a world dominated by order... is a world dominated by disorder. I can already tell that I will loathe every minute I spend in this squalid cesspool.

[image is slightly unfocused, gold and blue blurs...]

"Now where did I put that thing..."

[Video finally focuses in on some glorious ass on what seems to be Booster Gold's back side.]

"...It's not in my closet."

[Booster bends down on all fours and looks under his bed. There are sounds of shuffling. He pulls his head out from under the bed. He mutters incoherently and then scratches his rear end.]

"I just had i--"

[He turns around and notices the communicator on the floor]

"Oh! There you are..............huh? What the-- ."

[Video cuts off. End of transmission]
[identity profile] fuckrobertfrost.livejournal.com
Huh.

I guess this means I should "behave".

So what's life in the big City like, kids? Full of flooding, mass killings, and live transmissions of murder/rape/torture? Oh, and some heroes too, you say? Well, might I congratulate you guys on the stellar work you appear to be doing here on a daily basis. Fantastic. Fanfuckingtastic.

Anyway. I, Pyro - guess what I do! - would like to know your opinions on the state of housing, provided or otherwise. The good, the bad, the ugly. Particularly the ugly.

I've had enough of this shit.

Is anyone keeping any track of what the hell's going on at this point? Because all I'm seeing is chaos and panic and idiocy. And that doesn't really seem to be doing anyone a hell of a lot of good.

Doubting I'm the only one who really wants to break something or someone at this point anyway.

[EDIT :: FILTERED FROM KNOWN VILLAINS]

...are there any kids missing?

[ THROUGH STATIC ]

[ A woman's voice crying out for help. You can't figure out what she's screaming about, but you can hear a faint metal on metal sound, like someone is dragging an axe or something of sort through the static. There are sick wet sounds and the screams subside until they die out. The static becomes more intense.]

[Disconnected_]

(( OOC; All posts in this entry will be scrambled, video will be laggy and voice will have a lot of static. Pyramid Head will most likely not reply to any comment. I have to focus on logs with him, so if you want catch me on zombienessy on AIM! ))

Alright. Not my favorite run of days, as days go, but no rest for the weary, or however that line's s'posed to go.

So, back before that guy with the real creepy personal Beethoven symphony showed up and made M go and flip his wig, we were trying to put together some kinda public relations brigade. Given that some new psycho gets whizzed in here every odd hour, it seems that maybe we oughta let the general populace know something. I dunno what's the state of relations between Stark and the city proper is, but maybe we don't need to let everyone know the good guys and the crackers brigade are coming in from the same place. But no one likes to feel powerless and uninformed and we need to get the civilians back on our side. (And surprisingly, Subby, there's other ways to do it besides flooding the whole place. Jeez.) I'm not gonna stand for anyone else being attacked on the streets.

Flash, you were in on this with me before. You still up for it? Anyone else up for inspiring some confidence?

Also, I'm officially and thoroughly done with the MAC. If anyone's got a spare room, the type I can actually pay for, lemme know. Otherwise, I can go it on my own.

Lastly-- and this is kinda funny-- but if I'm counting it right since I got here, I'm twenty-one today. Too bad the only I.D. I've got on me's German and says I was born in 1926.

Wow.

Well, Toto. Looks like we're back in Oz.

At the risk of sounding horrendously out of the loop -- which I guess comes from not being up to my chin in whatever's going on -- could someone give me the short version of the recent chaos?

I can't make heads or tails out of what I've read so far. Perhaps I'm missing something. Though -- for what it's worth -- I am not in the MAC. For whomever's keeping count of the under-eighteen set.

[locked to: Peter (elder), Teddy, Steve, Xavin, Laura, Selina]

[there's a slight echo, as if Logan is in a large empty room, which he is]

Lockin' this away from the peanut gallery. Don't need any more o' those assholes breathin' down our necks.

This guy ain't gonna be out all night. We're gonna need a way of keepin' him down 'cause I ain't -- I ain't.. nngh.. doin' that again.

Webhead, seem to remember you somethin' about this guy bein' afraid of fire, so if anyone's got any idea how we can set his big red tail alight if he so much as fuckin' twitches, get your ass down to the jail soon as you see this. Hear it. Whatever.

Might have to work out.. rrrgh.. some sort of watch system or somethin', make sure he don't slip the leash before we can decide what to do with him.

Yeah, just -- hurry up.

I-I don't want to go home anymore!

I won't go.

I can't go to a reality where I turn into that. I can't. I can't.

Woop, murder, floods, all kinds of nonsense

apparently people are unconsciously trying to make me feel like i'm back at home

still missing: a desert, and the rising high skies above a clear beach filled with the heavenliest of crests

but, i'm having none of this crap

not till my tank's back

at least the apartment is nice

warm and cozy

to acquire: paints, lots of canvas paper

i gotta decorate my room some. this plain sparse bullshit just ain't cutting it

Look, I know everyone's busy avoiding drowning, fighting massacrin' monsters, creeps from back home turning up, and generally savin' the world, but uh, can we get back on to the important shit now?

'cause seriously.

I was kinda looking forward to playing X-Box this weekend.
