fanserivce[what up network it's another one of them guys with the dumb hair. this one's already in his apartment and smiling like he's in a commercial, despite the rather nasty scar on his face.
he's positioned the comm camera very carefully to ensure he is the central focus, not that there's much in his room yet to really function as a distraction. if one listens very carefully they may be able to pick up faint clacking(?) sounds coming from offscreen, but he doesn't seem to acknowledge them. in fact he seems a lil preoccupied with posing right now

Good evening! I felt I should introduce myself, being a new arrival. I came here just a couple of days ago, in fact, so I hope you will forgive me if I am still somewhat uninformed--it's quite embarrassing, but I seem to have lost my pamphlet. [more like he never picked one up in the first place but details. he laughs slightly] Please, call me IV. [pronounced like "four" btw!!! fuckin animes]
It's--quite an interesting place here, isn't it? Very exciting! I must say I am grateful for these wonderful accommodations. [he gestures vaguely to the area behind him. his eye may or may not have twitched.] How gracious of you.
