You know, I saw some posts earlier about some saying that Santa isn't real. But, the thing is... he is real. Why do you think he gives us children gifts all the time? Because we believe in him and that is what gives him reason to give us what we ask for!

But, for everyone else who doesn't... then, that's why everyone else gives gifts, too. For those who don't believe in Santa anymore. He can't visit those people anymore, so he has them give gifts, especially the parents of those who don't believe!

Everyone can say that Santa isn't real, but y'know what? I believe in him. And so should everyone else!

[Victoria is now sitting behind a rather large desk. There is an unnaturally large amount of paperwork strewn about the desk, and even though she is dressed in her usual, professional attire, anyone paying close attention will notice that she looks tired. She's hasn't slept since the accident.]

This is Victoria Hand, acting CEO of Oscorp. and Director of the Avengers. I would first like to extend my sincerest apologies to Harry Osborn and anybody else who has been affected by Norman Osborn's death. I would also like state that it is the belief of not only myself, but also my entire team, that what happened was, as Stark has stated, an accident, and we will assist the police in any way possible to ensure that the investigation is handled as efficiently and justly as possible. We will not be pressing charges.

Lastly, recent events will not affect our operations. The Avengers will still be working to protect the City.
