I'm a good people person, I'm a dedicated worker, and I never take sick days. Unless ... something like this happens again. Which isn't that common, right? [ She gives a small, short laugh. ]

So-- yeah. Let me know if you or someone you know is hiring. I think having an imPort for a boss would be a little better than a native when it comes to this kind of stuff.

[Katniss' comm has been turned on by the inquisitive paws of a certain kitten. It's not showing much, aside from a lump thrashing around in a pile of bedclothes. --But wait, if one looks close enough, they will see that that lump is Katniss, in the midst of a nightmare. So, basically, it's every Wednesday evening.

In any case, the thrashing lump stills for a moment or two, followed by some incomprehensible mumbling. Then she's sitting straight up in bed with a (rather loud) 'No', arms reaching for someone she can't quite grasp, and she sags back against her pillows, shaking. Katniss takes a moment to catch her breath, get some measure of sense back, and Jasper mews quietly at her from the end of the bed. She starts and looks for him, with a sleepily mumbled:] Peeta?

[But he's not here, it's just the cat, and she scoops him up and grabs the comm with him, giving it a sleepy, uncomprehending stare, before she turns off the video and sets it aside.]

Stupid cat. [And then the feed times out. But she's already awake, she might answer.]

[Hello, City! Have a teenaged Japanese girl! (...with bright red eyes, but who even notices these things around here any more.) Minako is kind of disheveled at present, and she has a bright-eyed, slightly pale and quivery look to her, like someone who is simultaneously emotionally excited and physically exhausted and generally kind of giddy with the combination. From the looks of things she's sitting down at the side of one of the fountains right outside Stark Tower.

Nevertheless, her smile is bright and hopeful and friendly.]

Hello! This really isn't at all where I expected to end up. I'd really rather go back as soon as possible, but that won't be so easy, right?

--um, I guess I should introduce myself. I'm Arisato Minako. [She bows her head politely to the camera.] I'm happy to meet you all. Please treat me well. If I've been brought here because I'm needed, I'll definitely do my best.

...it's kind of like starting over from scratch, isn't it? I'm not exactly sure what I should be doing now...

[There's a moment there where she seems a little uncertain, and her smile slips for an instant and leaves her looking faintly wistful. Then she recovers and the smile is back and as bright as before.]

I guess, to start with - can anyone tell me who I should talk to about enrolling in school? I was almost finished with my second year of high school back home. I'd really like to graduate, if I can. [A beat, and then an idea seems to occur to her that perks her up a little more.] If there are any clubs that are still accepting new members, that would be great, too.

...that's it for now, I think. [She raises a hand to give the camera a little wave.] Bye!

[ Guess who's not a kid and therefore can use technology again without being too confused by it? Gilbo! The feed opens up to the usual view-- Gil's MAC apartment. Still bare as ever, for those familiar with the place.

As for Gil? He's propped open a window slightly while he enjoys the cigarette he hasn't been able to have properly in days. ]

It seems like everyone has returned to their normal selves-- ages. Does anyone know what was the cause of all that? A couple of people on the Network mentioned magic, but... [ Well, it had to have come from someplace? Someone? ] At least it's finally over.

And... I was wondering if anyone has seen Jesse lately. She's a young girl, with red hair and green eyes. I knocked on her door, though I haven't seen her in the MAC yet. If anyone's seen or heard from her, I'd like to know. Thank you.
